Joyeux Noël 2019 « Ardent à faire du bien »
And this coffee had better be strong!
Finally got home last night at 2 AM. While the beloved Notre Dame cathedral is off limits for a few more years (see a reconstruction picture, below) their wonderful children’s choir, le Maîtrise de Notre-Dame de Paris, sang for the midnight Mass at the vast cathedral facing the Louvre, St. Germain l’Auxerrois. Lots of medieval plain chant in Latin, the resonance of the glorious organ, an inspiring, on-target message about striving to do good.
This year will require lots of strong coffee, for me as it undoubtedly will for you.
